Returns and Refunds

Each product is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or disliking the product after receiving it).

A return or refund is only possible if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged (e.g. torn, stained, broken)
  • The product received is substantially different from what was ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong design, or a printing error)

Please note:

  • Slight color variations due to monitor settings or the printing process are not considered defects
  • Minor variations in image placement or cropping may occur due to full-bleed printing and are part of the standard production process

These differences do not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement.

How to Request a Return

If your item meets the above conditions, contact us at nicolasaqo.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your request is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
